About Me

I love teaching ESL to immigrants and refugees. I have the best job in the world! I've been teaching English as a Second Language since 2004, and I've met students from all over the world. It's a joy, delight, and privilege to help students learn more about English, as well as life in the US.

Your homework is one reading each day. You can find the readings by clicking on the Homework tab and then find the week and day for the daily reading. The answers for the readings are found at the end of the reading. There are also grammar practice worksheets that correspond to the grammar that we cover in class.

I'm often asked how to improve English skills. I've provided a selection of links to websites where you can learn and practice your English. They are arranged by each skill.
